Just recently I have noticed that I’ve been caught in a trap. The trap of being “too busy” to follow my own advice. I have stopped planning out my work day. As a result I have been feeling totally out of control.
The solution is easy; I have to go back to what I know works and take 10 minutes in the mornings to map out my work day.
